How Hello Spain Actually works!

  • You visit the website.

  • You then submit your enquiry, detailing your exact property requirements.

  • We receive your enquiry within 3 seconds of you sending it, we then match your requirements to our property database of over 10,000 properties.

  • A Hello Spain representative will then get in contact with you to reveal our findings, this will normally be done via email or viewing pages on the internet.

  • When you have selected properties of interest, if you wish we can arrange a viewing.

  • You may want to call upon our team* who cover Southern Spain to give you a non-biased opinion. The team will review the area, location and property. Very importantly these people are not estate agents but independent advisors and are mostly English people just like yourselves who have a deeper understanding of your wants & needs. The benefit of this service is to allow you to short list your choice even further by the process of elimination i.e. the brochure could mention that "The property has a Golf course close by", the reality could be the Golf course is actually 8 miles away or "The property has coastal views", the reality could be coastal views today, but not next year when phase 2 starts and your view will be someone's balcony!

  • It's simple, we are not estate agents and therefore are not tied to promoting a limited property choice.
    Think about it, if you go to the local Mercedes Benz dealer and mention you are also looking at a BMW what will happen? well speaking from experience the sales person will try to constructively put you off the BMW. This is potentially the same as an estate agent trying to sell you what he has on his portfolio and not what every other estate agent's portfolio has to offer.
